1Purpose & Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of DeckCraft AI's presentation generator, visual editor, APIs, and export services. This policy ensures the security, availability, and integrity of our systems for all creators and organizations.

2Prohibited Activities & Content

You may not use DeckCraft AI to create, upload, store, generate, or transmit:

Unlawful or Infringing Content: Any materials that infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, or privacy rights of any third party.

Harmful or Malicious Exploits: Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware payloads, phishing landing pages, or deceptive presentation lures.

Harassment & Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, discrimination, unlawful harassment, or defamation against individuals or protected groups.

Automated Scraping & Reverse Engineering: Circumventing API rate limits, automated load hammering, or attempting to decompile or extract proprietary slide compiler engines.

3AI Safety & Prompt Boundaries

Users must not attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, or force AI models into generating deceptive synthetic media (deepfakes, fraudulent financial schemes, or misleading medical claims without regulatory disclosures).

4Enforcement & Account Suspension

DeckCraft AI reserves the right to investigate potential violations, remove infringing presentation assets, or immediately suspend accounts engaged in severe or repetitive breaches of this policy.
