You own all commercial rights and copyright to presentations, slides, and scripts generated on our platform.
Purchased top-up credit packs roll over continuously and never expire as long as your account remains open.
Subscriptions can be canceled instantly with one click from your profile portal with zero lock-in contracts.
1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and DeckCraft AI (“DeckCraft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of deckcraft.ai, our visual canvas, presentation APIs, and export services.
By creating an account, selecting “I agree” during sign-up, purchasing credits or subscriptions, or utilizing any DeckCraft AI tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2User Accounts & Security Obligations
To access slide generation, storage, and visual editing features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and session tokens.
- Notify DeckCraft AI immediately at impactdynamics.biz@gmail.com upon discovering any unauthorized access or breach of security.
- Remain solely responsible for all activities and presentations generated under your authenticated account.
3Complete User Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain 100% complete, unencumbered ownership, copyright, and global commercial rights over all slides, outlines, vector shapes, presentation decks, speaker scripts, and exported assets (interactive presentations, standalone files, and vector PDF downloads) created through DeckCraft AI.
DeckCraft AI claims zero ownership, license rights, or royalties over your user presentations. You may freely use, monetize, present, publish, sell, or distribute your exported slide decks to clients, investors, or public audiences.
4Slide Credits, Subscriptions, Billing & Rollover
Platform usage operates on a presentation credit system:
- Credit Consumption: Generating an AI slide or performing deep layout restructuring typically consumes 10 credits per converted or synthesized slide. Exact preservation formatting and client-side edits do not consume additional credits.
- Credit Rollover: Purchased top-up credit packs never expire and roll over indefinitely. Monthly plan credits replenish at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Subscription Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cadence. You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access through the end of your prepaid billing period.

5Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions
You agree not to use DeckCraft AI to create, upload, generate, or distribute:
- Content that infringes third-party patents, copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets.
- Malicious software, phishing materials, ransomware payloads, or deceptive exploits.
- Unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing content.
- Automated bots or scraping scripts designed to circumvent rate limits or reverse-engineer the platform's visual layout engine.

6AI Output Disclaimer & Author Responsibility
DeckCraft AI utilizes cutting-edge generative AI models to generate slide layouts, text summaries, and visual blocks. While we implement strict quality assurance pipelines:
- AI outputs are probabilistic in nature. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all factual statements, statistical figures, medical assertions, and financial models before presenting them to executives, investors, or regulators.
- For mission-critical presentations requiring verbatim accuracy, we recommend enabling our Exact Content Preservation Mode which preserves text with cryptographic SHA-256 validation.
7Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DECKCRAFT AI AND ITS AFFILIATES PROVIDE THE PLATFORM “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL DECKCRAFT AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DECKCRAFT AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States (or the jurisdiction of your enterprise agreement), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed if necessary by binding arbitration.
